NotedSuite builds lightweight, native apps for macOS. We believe your data is yours. This policy explains what our apps and this website do — and do not — collect.

What we collect

Our apps. NotedSuite apps run entirely on your own device. Your content stays on your Mac — we do not collect, transmit, store, or sell any of your data, and the apps do not send your information to us or to any third party.

You choose where your files are saved. If you save them to a location that you have set up to sync with a cloud service (such as iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive), that syncing is handled entirely by that service under its own privacy terms. NotedSuite has no access to, control over, or visibility into that process.

This website. This site is a static page hosted on Cloudflare. It does not use tracking cookies or advertising. Cloudflare may collect basic, anonymized request logs (such as approximate region and browser type) for security and performance.

Analytics & third parties

We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking. If an individual app uses any analytics or third-party service, that app's own privacy details on its App Store page will say so.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the apps evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
